5. Subscription and Payment

Prices may change with 30 days advance notice
You may cancel at any time; access continues until period end
Refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to SystemsF1RST. We do not claim ownership of your business data. You grant us a license to process your data solely for providing services.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

SystemsF1RST is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days.

10. Third-Party Service Integrations

SystemsF1RST integrates with various third-party services to enhance your experience. By using these integrations, you agree to the following:

Google Services

When you connect your Google account, you authorize SystemsF1RST to:

Read and send emails through Gmail on your behalf
Access and manage files in Google Drive
View and create calendar events in Google Calendar

You may disconnect Google services at any time through our Settings page or directly via your Google Account permissions at Google Account Permissions.

Other Integrations

SystemsF1RST may integrate with other services including but not limited to:

Twilio for voice calling and SMS capabilities
Stripe for payment processing
